Chairman of TongasePatilBuildcon Solutions Pvt. Ltd. had started his professional carrier in 1985, by resigning his Govt Job in 5 years and got registered as a Proprietor called "M/S Shree Housing Associates". It was later associated with Ms. Er. Seema Patil in year 2004 and then became "M/S Tongase & Patil Engineers" (Regd. Partnership Firm).Now in year 2021, He has formed a New Private Limited Company associated with Er. Nitin Tongase, & Er. Mrs. Payal Tongase named as TongasePatil Buildcon Solutions Pvt.Ltd".
The strength of our company is its ability to deliver high quality service which includes Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architects, Town Planning, MEP Assessment & NDT evaluation, Unique design concepts and bold execution, while responding to clients' diverse requirements, are hallmarks of the company services, Solutions are crafted to fit each client's needs.

The company is spread across three branches including Mumbai, Pune, Panvel and Amravati. All three branches are fully equipped with necessary hardware and software support.

Our present Founder Chairman of M/S TongasePatil Buildcon Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Has started his Professional working since 1985, by resigning his Govt.
